Housekeeping Fee:  $130 per stay
Non-refundable Booking Fee:  $35
All types of credit card payments are accepted through PayPal, no personal checks

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations greater than thirty days from the start date of the reservation are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the security deposit.  Cancellations less than thirty days are subject to the same fees only if the unit is subsequently rented for the reserved dates.  If the unit is not rented, the only refund provided would be the housekeeping fee and the security deposit.
